As an MSW..She will take on the above position for Program Services In addition to her responsibilities as Exec Asst to the CEO
She will be responsible for: Coordinating House Parent Training.
Creating a streamlined admission process.
Integrating the Program Team Balance into Program Services
Development of Professional Resources for Program Services Development of a New Youth Tracking System ( allowing us to know quicker the exact services a child needs)
Recommending both Policy (to the BoD) and Procedures (to the CEO)
Overseeing compliance with Child Welfare Licensing
Trevor Edwards will be going on a Sabbatical to Train with Outward Bound in the Smokies for 6 weeks. He will be out in the wilderness and completely cut off from the "good life". ( So, everyone will have to interact with Brooke even more than usual to keep her sane.) Thanks to the animal shelter a dog of unknown origin, Nari, has been hired to baby-sit Brooke in Trevor's absence.
